Like all parents, we want the best our children. This past year, I have tried to eliminate unnatural colored foods from my children’s meals.
One thing that is a favorite of so many, especially children, is macaraoni and cheese. With a cup of prepared pasta, teaspoon of butter, tablespoon of flour, couple tablespoons of milk, 1 serving of your favorite cheese added (I use white cheese, like white cheddar, provolone, swiss, parmesan, etc.), some salt & pepper, and constantly mixing well, you’ve got yourself some home made, creamy, macaroni and cheese. Too thick? Add a little milk. Too thin, sprinkle a little more flour and mix well. Ready in a few minutes. That’s it! Enjoy!
