The Grecian New Orleanian Stuffed Sausage Breads in 3 varieties: Sweet Italian Sausage, Mexican Chorizo, and German Bratwurst. Home made bread dough made with flour, water, yeast, salt, and butter.

Baked Cajun Meat Pies are made with home made bread dough, stuffed with lean ground beef and pork, sautéed with caramelized onions, celery, bell peppers, parsley, green onions, and garlic, then seasoned with salt, pepper, and a touch of cayenne. My meat pies have no MSG, since I season my own filling.

Gourmet Biscuits are made from scratch, and are like hand-held meals. Everything is baked in them. Pictured here is the Breakfast Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese variety. Also available is a Feta with Cheddar, and Garlic variety, as well as a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese one.

Roasted Pork and Caramelized Onion Aspic. This is an appetizer served cold, with your favorite crackers, toast points, or bread. It is made from scratch, with no MSG, and is gluten-free. It is made using roasted pork, with caramelized onions, the broth from the pork, fresh parsley, green onions, and garlic, and several herbs and spices. It’s then blended with gelatin, and set in a mold. Once cooled, it’s sliced, like a deli meat, but tastes like a pate’.

Looking for a delicious gift to offer your guests upon their departure? How about a lovely piece of the very popular Greek dessert, Pecan and Almond Baklava, soaked in a Home Made Simple Syrup, made with Essences of Oranges and Lemons.

Another idea for a take away gift for your guests is a lovely Gourmet Mini Bread Loaf. Some very popular varieties are: Muffelatta, Spinach & Artichoke with Parmesan, Jalapeño & White Cheddar, and Rosemary, Garlic, Parmesan, with Cracked Black Pepper. All of these can also be made into muffin size.
