I also wanted to share with you what I found today at the Abita Springs Farmer’s Market, open Sundays, Noon-4. This item is also available at the Camellia City Market on Saturdays, open 8am-Noon. This wonderful lady makes BACON JAM!!! I just wanted to share with you, and I hope you try her canned items. 🙂 (I have it pictured here with my crostini bread that I made. Such a great compliment to each other). Yummy!
