The Edible Centerpiece (Roasted Turkey and Swiss Cheese Green Leaf Lettuce Wrap with Horseradish Mayonnaise)

The Edible Centerpiece

Step 1 - Wash and dry 4 large green leaf lettuce

Step 2 - Cut thick/hard stems off of each lettuce leaf.

Step 3 - Chop 4 ounces of your favorite roasted turkey breaat, cut 2 slices of Swiss cheese in half (giving you 4 pieces), and mix 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of horseradish mustard.

Step 4 - Place your leaf sideways, so that the part you removed the stem from is either facing right or left. Spread a little of your mayonnaise mixture on each lettuce piece. Evenly distribute turkey, and add 1/2 slice of cheese, laying it on the lettuce left to right, not up and down, then roll up.

Step 5 - Using a sundae glass, or a vase, set your 4 lettuce wraps in your vase. That's it! Enjoy, and please feel free to share post! 🙂
