Can you see them?

Here’s an idea for adding some extra vitamins for yourself, your family, and/or especially the little ones in your life: mash 1 cup of steamed/tender carrots into your pasta sauce! You can use fresh or frozen carrots that have been steamed, or use the canned ones that are already cooked and soft (that’s what I used here). Mash with fork and add to your favorite pasta sauce. Can you see them? Not only will they give your sauce some extra vitamins, but they will give your sauce an extra sweetness, and make it a little thicker, too. Enjoy! ♡♡♡♡
