So, this is where the magic happens. This is my kitchen that helps me create the over 300 recipes that I have posted on The Grecian New Orleanian. ♡♡♡♡
I wanted to tell you about myself, and my kitchen habits.
When I cook, I wash my hands numerous times. I do not wear artificial nails, or nail polish, because when I home make bread dough, it requires alot of kneading, and it’s most sanitary that way.
I wear my hair up in a bun, and whoever enters the kitchen from my family, has to have their hair pulled back, with clean shirts on.
My counter tops are cleaned with a mix of hot water and bleach, and my pots and pans are cleaned with hot water and antibacterial soap.
When I cook, I never taste what I am cooking with the same utensil that I use to cook with. I use a clean teaspoon, and put it in the dirty dishes once I’m done.
My floors stay vacuumed and bleached.
I am very considerate to those with food allergies, and to those with cultures who respect certain animals, and to my vegetarian family and friends.
So, this is me. Thank you for reading, and I look forward to sharing more recipes with you.
