4 gala apples, skin on, washed, core removed, cut into small pieces
2 bananas, sliced into small rounds
2 cups strawberries, washed, stem removed, cut into 4
7 tablespoons of crushed pecans and almonds, mixed with 2 teaspoons sugar, and 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons lemon juice (Start with a little, and add more as desired. The lemon will keep the banana and apple from browning, and give a delicious flavor when mixed with the sugar and cinnamon).
1 teaspoon dry mint flakes, or 2 teaspoons minced fresh mint
