The Vegetarian Burrito


The Vegetarian Bean Burrito. So yummy!!! Great as a vegetarian meal during fasting, or just because you enjoy burritos. Awesome as a breakfast idea, too. Here we go…..


Step 1 – Wash and prepare assorted artisan lettuces, sliced and whole stem green onions, grape tomatoes cut in half, and handful of fresh chopped cilantro.


Step 2 – Spread one serving of your favorite fat-free refried beans on large tortilla.


Step 3 – Place desired amount of vegetables on top of your beans, then top sparingly with salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder, and the juice of half of a lemon or lime. 


Step 4 – Wrap as tight as you can, cut in half, and enjoy !!!!
