If you’re from the Southern part of the United States, then you have either hosted, or have been to, a Shrimp or Crawfish Boil event. This is where the water is highly seasoned with Cajun seasonings and spices, and ingredients, such as shrimp or crawfish are added, along with small red new potatoes, smoked sausage, and corn on the cob, and many more ingredients, depending on personal preferences. In this recipe, I just give you an “idea” of what I did, and this salad is for 1 or 2 people. The following are the ingredients that I used, but you can alter them to what you have on hand from your Shrimp or Crawfish Boil.
