The Guacamole and the Crunchy Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla Chips

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, I am posting one of my favorite dip and chip recipes. Guacamole with Crunchy Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla Chips. There are so many wonderful nutrients in avacados, that I wanted to share them with you. They include, Vitamins B6, C, E, and K, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Niacin, and Fiber. This recipe is for 2 servings, so please multiply as needed for your household, or gathering. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. Here we go…..
3/4 lime, juice only (we do this first so that the acid in the lime will keep the avacado from browning)
1 avacado, peeled and seeded, and slightly mashed with fork and mixed with lime juice above
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 medium white onion, chopped
fresh crakced pepper (about a pimch)
1 large clove garlic, minced
