I fell in love when I found these beautiful greens at my local farmer’s market. Their color is beautiful, their taste is incredible, and the health benefits are amazing. This recipe will yield 4-6 nice size side dishes. It cooks in 10 minutes, and is super easy to prepare. Here we go….
2 bunches swiss chard, washed and cut into small pieces, stems, too (it will look like alot, about 8 cups, but they will wilt down to about 4 cups)
8 tsp extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp sea salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Non stick pan
Warm oil in skillet on medium high. Add swiss chard and cook for 8 minutes. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes, or until wilted. That’s it. Enjoy, and please remember to like and share. ♡
