4 chicken breasts, semi frozen for easy slicing, sliced into thin strips
6 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Large non stick pan
Wooden or silicone utensil to mix chicken
Season your sliced chicken. Cook on high, carefully mixing every couple of minutes, using your silicone or wooden utensil. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Because you are cooking on high heat, it will cook quickly, and pan with chicken will smoke a little. Remove from heat, and transfer to a dish. Let cool. Enjoy!!!!
