The International Pork Chop



In this pork chop recipe, I combined the flavors of several cultures, which results in a different and mild tasting pork chop. This pork chop recipe is complimented nicely with a nice side of my recipe titled The Lemony Roasted Potatoes and perhaps a lovely side salad. This recipe is for 1 chop per person. Here we go…..

1 pork chop, bone in, per person, rinsed

Season both sides of pork chop sparingly with the following: Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger, and turmeric

Season one side (part t gf at you will chose to face up) with 3 or 4 dashes of teriyaki sauce

Baking pan with sides

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange all of you pork chops in a single layer and season. Turn chops over and season second side. Finish off with teriyaki sauce. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until no longer pink in middle. That’s it !!! Let cool and enjoy. ♡♡♡♡ (Second meal hint- use leftovers for sandwiches or adding to salads).
