The Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes are such an easy and delicious side dish, and compliment meals made with beef, pork, chicken, seafood, or even eaten alone if you are a vegetarian, are fasting, or just enjoy eating roasted potatoes. I make these all the time for my family, and I hope you will love them and make them frequently as well. The serving size is one and a half potato per person, and 1 teaspoon of oil per person, so please adjust recipe accordingly. Here we go…..
1 1/2 red potatoes, washed, cut into fourths, with skin on (optional), per person
Seasonings to use, per person, and adjust accordingly depending on how many servings you are making:
salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary – use sparingly throughout pan
