Easy and delicious just about sums this up. The mixture of the 3 flavors from the steak, ham, and Swiss cheese really compliment each other, and everything is made in one pan. This recipe is for 4 servings. Here we go…..

one pound thin and lean sirloin steak, sliced thinly, into small bite size pieces

sparingly sprinkle all pieces with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and a little salt

4 teaspoons olive oil

4 thin slices of ham

8 thin slices of Swiss cheese

4 teaspoons mayonnaise

8 slices of whole wheat, high fiber bread

non stick pan


In your non stick pan, on medium heat, add your oil, meat, and seasonings, and cook for about 5-10 minutes, until meat no longer pink, but brown. Transfer meat to a plate, and carefully clean out your non stick pan with a napkin, replacing pan back on medium heat. It…
