Oriental food is one of our favorites here in our home. Oh what a delicious meal this is. The tender beef, the delicious vegetables, the lovely noodles….all of these are food for the soul, while providing lots of wonderful vitamins for your body. I broke this recipe up in steps, because I find it makes it easier when cooking a dish like this. This recipe is for 4-6 hearty servings. I hope you make this and enjoy this dish as much as we did. Left overs taste delicious, too. Here we go………
Step 1- Stir-Fry all below ingredients in this step until vegetables are cooked, but not soggy. Put into a large bowl, or on a platter, clean your pan, and go on to step 2.
