Meet the Cheesy Mr. Garlic Pita Bread. He is a nice alternative to your traditional garlic and cheese bread. If you would like to recreate this picture for your little ones, I used kale for the hair and nose, grape tomatoes for the eyes, a slice of red bell pepper for the mouth, and 2 pieces of roasted garlic for the ears. ( I was so excited to see this come to life and thought about how much children would enjoy eating this). This recipe is for one person, so please multiply as needed, OR, cut into 4 wedges, and serve as an appetizer. Here we go….
