One of the foods we enjoy eating as a family is Asian fare. We love the different tastes and textures of protein and vegetables. In this recipe, I use a breakfast sausage, mixed with a shredded cabbage combination, to give that comfort food deliciousness that so many folks around the world experience when they sit down to eat Asian food. Saute and brown 1 pound pork (or turkey) breakfast sausage in non stick pan, until cooked all the way. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Put on the side.
