One of the foods we enjoy eating as a family is Asian fare. We love the different tastes and textures of protein and vegetables. In this recipe, I use a breakfast sausage, mixed with a shredded cabbage combination, to give that comfort food deliciousness that so many folks around the world experience when they sit down to eat Asian food. These will yield a little over 2 dozen won tons. Here we go…..

Step 1

Saute and brown 1 pound pork (or turkey) breakfast sausage in non stick pan, until cooked all the way. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Put on the side.

Sauté 2 pounds coleslaw mix ( mix of shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots, with 4 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 2 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, a couple of squirts…
