One of the most tedious, but delicious, Greek delicacies. Step by step instructions for Yemista (Stuffed Vegetables – Greek Style). A favorite of our family, that one of the best cooks I know, makes for us, my mom. ♡♡♡♡

image Step 4 for Yemista (Stuffed Vegetables). Bake for about 1 1/2 hours in a 400 degree oven. The (delicious) and finished product. If you make this, congratulations, because it is a lot of work, but so worth it. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.

image Step 3 for Yemista (Stuffed Vegetables). Saute ground beef and pork with seasonings, then add your pulp, tomato paste, and rice. Start the cooking process for about 10 minutes. This is your stuffing, which is absolutely delicious by itself.
