Okay, are you ready? I needed a quick, fasting meal, for my husband, and this was created. Fast, easy, delicious, vegetarian, loaded with vitamins, and perfect if you are fasting. This will give you 2 servings. Here we go:
Step 1- Boil all ingredients listed in step 1 together on high heat.
- 6 cups hot water
- 1 large handful baby carrots
- 1 large handful bite size broccoli pieces
- 1/2 large zucchini cut into bit size pieces (taste it raw first to make sure it is not bitter, if it is, and you do not have another, then just do not use it and avoid this ingredient)
- 1 tablespoon dried chopped onions, OR 2 tablespoons chopped fresh onions
