Perfect recipe if you are fasting and refraining from dairy. From the spicy, to the seasonings, this rich dish is sure to please your palette, while not adding too much fat, and allowing the natural flavors of the shrimp season your dish, while the rosemary and garlic marry to perfection. Your sauce will have a nice “dipping” texture, making it divine to dip those shrimp in once you have peeled them, and don’t forget to get your favorite bread to “sop”  up all that flavorful sauce. This recipe is for about 3-4 servings. Here we go……
