The great old Grilled Hamburger. You can enjoy this with, or without, bread, and with, or without cheese, dressed any way you want it. We prefer our hamburgers on bun, with mixed greens lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup, and sometimes onions. This recipe is very easy to make, and cooks in under 14 minutes, depending on how you want your burger cooked. This recipe is for (4) 4-5 ounce burgers (you start off with about 6 ounces per person, but once it is cooked, it may be either around 4-5 ounces per person, which is about 1/4 pound per serving).
