Here is an idea for using canned Albacore tuna and making it into a low carbohydrate, gluten free, crunchy, Asian salad. This is for 1 serving, or 2 appetizer servings. Here we go….
(1) 5 ouce can Albacore tuna in water
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2-3 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh cracked pepper
2 green onion stalks, sliced thin
1 handful baby carrots, or 1 medium carrot, sliced in a bias (sideways)
3 celery stalks sliced in a bias
Small squeeze of your favorite hot chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together, plate, and enjoy!
