The Creamy Italian Dip/Dressing/Spread


Very easy and quick-to-make dip/dressing/spread to store in your refrigerator and use as needed, or great for a gathering. Delicious the longer it marinates, and can be served with fresh vegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, and celery, as a salad dressing (and thinned out with a couple of teaspoons water), or as a sandwich spread. Will yield approximately 1 cup, with 1 tablespoon per serving size. Here we go…..

1 cup good quality, thick mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (no salt)

1 tablespoon dried chopped white onions

1 tablespoon dried chopped chives

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Fresh cracked black pepper

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Chill covered in refrigerator for 30 minutes. That’s it! Enjoy! Please feel free to share recipe. Thank you. 🙂
