The Peanut Butter and Chocolate Balls


Step 1 – Add the following items to your food processor until all ingredients are blended well together (it will be a little greasy, which is perfect for the coating to stick to them in step 2). This will yield about (20) 1 inch balls. Next, it is time to prepare your coating. 

4 ounces cream cheese
1/ 2 cup peanut butter with honey
8 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup animal crackers
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon peanut oil

Step 2- Make your coating. In a food processor, finely mince the following items, and then roll the dessert balls in it until coated. Transfer coated balls to a plate, cover, refrigerate for about an hour, or until they harden. That’s it! Enjoy!

1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup almonds
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
