The Middle Eastern Chicken

Like many cuisines around the world, I think that Middle Eastern cuisine is one of the most popular delicacies. In this recipe, I combine some popular seasonings that compliment each other, resulting in a deliciously seasoned chicken breast cutlet, or chicken tender, which can be served alongside the ever-popular Hummus, and some rice. This recipe is not for a specific amount servings, it is only to share with you the seasonings and cooking time. Here we go….

Chicken breast cutlets or chicken tenders
Extra virgin Olive oil
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Cumin powder
Oregano
All spice
Lemon juice
Non stick pan

Lightly season each chicken piece, both sides, with all of your dry ingredients. Warm oil on medium heat and carefully add chicken. Cook chicken 7-9 minutes on each side (add lemon juice when you turn chicken over the first time), or until lightly browned, but watch so that you don’t over cook it. Transfer chicken to platter and let cool. That’s it !!! Enjoy !!!!
