This recipe combines the tender and delicious recipe called The Breaded Pork Chop, with 3 other ingredients, to create a second meal out of your leftovers. It is easy to put together, and only takes a few minutes to get a nice and crispy wrap. This is for just one serving, but multiply as needed depending on how many people you need to feed. When my child LOVES something that I make, that is enough for me, and she LOVED this recipe. 🙂 Here we go…..
1 The Breaded Pork Chop, sliced into thin strips
1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
1/4 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 – 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing
non-stick cooking pan
non-stick cooking spray
Make your wrap by placing your tortilla on a plate, then arrange it by placing the pork chop strips, cheese, and ranch dressing on top. Close your wrap by folding over each side. Spray your pan with non stick cooking spray, and place on medium heat. Place wrap, seam side down, and brown for a couple of minutes, or until it becomes nice and crispy, but not burned. Carefully turn wrap over, and brown on other side for about a minute or so, or until this side is also browned, but not burned. (Turn over again, if needed, to achieve a nice crispy look). Remove from heat, and let cool for a couple of minutes. That’s it !!!! Enjoy !!!!!
