I love baked chicken, and I wanted to come up with a different way to make it, and so I started putting together the following ingredients, and I just LOVE the way it complimented the chicken once it was cooked. This is a delicious marinade, that my family loves, and I hope you enjoy it, too. Here we go…..
9 teaspoons soy sauce
6 teaspoons sesame oil
1 handful cilantro, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
