The Asian Roasted Chicken

I was trying to come up with a different way to make baked chicken, and I put together The Asian Marinade and Sauce (please see my recipe blog on this recipe), and I spread it all over this chicken and baked it, and it was one of the best baked chicken recipes, so I hope you enjoy it, too. This should feed 4 people. Here we go….

4 chicken legs and 4 thighs (or 4 wings and 4 breasts), bone in, skin on

1 recipe The Asian Marinade and Sauce

Preheat oven to 425. Coat each piece of chicken with marinade and bake for 40 minutes, basting during half the cooking time to make sure each piece stays nice and juicy. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Use leftover marinade that is in pan as a dipping sauce. Delicious !!!! Enjoy !!!!
