This dressing is so easy, and simple to make. Just a few ingredients, and you will taste the home-made difference. This will make almost a cup of dressing, and a serving size is about 2 teaspoons. Here we go….
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (or, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, if you are fasting)
1/4 cup good quality red wine vinegar
couple of dashes of salt
fresh cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon Splenda or 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Mix all ingredients above very well, and drizzle over The Greek Salad, or any of your favorite salads. Enjoy !!!
