The Lemon and Oil Dressing is so simple to make, and can be used for a variety of foods, from baked fish to topping steamed zucchini and squash, to salads. It is very easy to make. One serving, will be two to four teaspoons per serving. Here we go….
1/4 cup extra virgin oil (if you are fasting, vegetable oil can be used)
1/4 cup lemon juice
couple of dashes of salt
fresh cracker pepper
Whisk all ingredients together very well, to distribute the oil and lemon evenly. That’s it !!! Enjoy !!! (I store my extra dressing in the refrigerator, and just let it thaw out a little before using again).
