The Avocado Mambo Shrimp Salad

Do you love avocado? I do, and it’s good for you. Here is an easy and delicious recipe for a nice, cool, and refreshing salad for a single hearty serving, or you can multiply recipe, depending on how many people will be eating. This is sure to please your palette. Here we go…..

The Sauteed Shrimp recipe (one 4oz serving)
3 cups Romaine Lettuce, cut up in bite size pieces (I use kitchen shears for easy lettuce cutting after I slice it)
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh or dried chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped onions (or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 medium tomato, cut up
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put all your ingredients in a bowl, ,mix together, and enjoy !!!!
